We would like to inform you that BCM can no longer accept owners to submit ARC applications through our website, www.bcmservices.net. All online submissions will need to be completed through the HOA’s portal.
Homeowners will still be able to submit applications via U.S. Mail, fax, or in person by visiting our office.
The primary reason for this change is to allow board members to view submission information in real time through the portal. This can be accessed under your account as board members, through the “Board Overview” tab and then selecting “Board ACC Review.”
We will continue encouraging homeowners to sign up for the portal to access things such as the spring letters, and we would appreciate it if you could mention it to owners as well when possible. To sign up for the portal, please visit bcm.cincwebaxis.com.
